Appointments are made so the upmost care can be taken profiling and sharpening your skates. If you miss the appointment this may cause you delay or be asked to re-attend on another day, depending on demand.

Once you have placed your order with Shinny you will receive a confirmation email from us. Print that email and send it to us along with your blades. Failure to do so could lead to confusion when they arrive at the store.
You are responsible for the cost to ship to us. Once we have profiled or sharpened your blades, we will send them back to you. We will keep you updated every step of the way via email. We use recorded delivery when we ship to you, this is included in the shipping price.
