High quality aftermarket grinding disc. Compatible with PROSHARP and PARDUC P40 (2024->) skate sharpeners with 20mm centre hole. 

V120 grinding wheel's manufacturing technology combines specially engineered 3D abrasive grain and a new bond formula. This brings all the advantages of significantly higher metal removal rates,  and longer wheel life. 

- Reduces cycle time by up to 60% thanks to the increased depth of cut and reduced number of passes. *

- The optimised abrasive combined with new bond system provides a 40% increase in wheel life. *

- 3D formed abrasive maintains cool grinding

Before sharpening, remember to dress the ceramic grinding disc to the desired hollow radius.

For the best sharpening results, use sharpening wax at the final sharpening pass. When using wax the sharpening temperature decreases and the sharpening result becomes even better.

You are responsible for the cost to ship to us. Once we have profiled or sharpened your blades, we will send them back to you. We will keep you updated every step of the way via email. We use recorded delivery when we ship to you, this is included in the shipping price.
