Advanced automatic skate Profiling and Sharpening machine. Ready for the UK market and anyone can purchase one of these machines from us.

The Parduc® P40 is logic controlled, and equipped with a clear colour display control panel. 

The skate holder is self-centering, so you don't need to worry about the runner thickness. It will centre the runner automatically for you making sharpening a breeze. 

This machine has Double profiling capability. You can profile 2 blades at once using this machine, saving you time and being reassured that both will be exactly the same. Solving an old problem when profiling one blade at a time. 

The profiling length can be adjusted to four pre-set lengths. If you want to profile a short distance, the travel direction of the skate can be changed with a single touch on the screen. 

The skate movement speed, as well as the pressure of the grinding wheel against the runner can be adjusted to maintain a balanced performance from heel to toe.

There is a 230V / 50Hz socket on the back of the device for connecting the vacuum cleaner. The socket remains active whenever the grinding wheel rotates, ensuring all particles are dispensed with.

This machines uses Diamond Spinners to set the radius for sharpening. This is far more accurate than the traditional diamond set up available on other machines. No more lining up against old stickers that maybe in the wrong place that look about right. These are accurate all the time, every time to the mm. You can get a full selection of spinners from us. This is by far a more advanced method and the future to sharpening skates. This is also removes errors that are commonly made. 

(There is a traditional diamond dresser pin setup is also available as an optional accessory. This will need to be discussed when ordering.)

The device is suitable for professional and amateur use.

One Parduc profiling template is included in the box with the machine. Other templates are sold separately. This machine is also compatible with Prosharp templates, which means if you already have them you are good to go. Templates are available from us. Just ask.

- Amount of sharpening cycles
- Length of the sharpening movement
- Different profiling templates, and the tilting angle of the profile (Prosharp compatible)
- Grinding disc pressure (Prosharp compatible)
- Skate carrier's speed

- Grinding disc size 150 x 6(8) x 20. (With a separate centre bush, also: 150x6x38)
